More CBC Love!

It's always nice waking up on a cold afternoon to find out that it's Friday and that we have once again been featured on this week's edition of the CBC Radio 3 podcast. The song in question is (The Tragic Love Affair Of) Kasey and Jaime from our new EP.

If you don't already subscribe to the 'cast (you really should), download it: Podcast #88 - Taps Reversed.

In another news, we have added a few shows for February and March. We expect to get back to more southern Ontario and east coast towns very soon. Stay tuned.

Finally, Based on a True Story, our new EP, is starting to get play at various campus radio stations around Canada. If you feel so inclined, feel free to call in and request some KKG.

Just In Time for After Christmas

Our new EP, Based On A True Story, is now available for purchase in our online store. Don't forget, each copy is loving hand assembled by a member of the band.

Also, if you head over to the shop, you'll notice that the prices have all dropped. It's just like the Rollbacks™ at Wal-Mart. And just like Wal-Mart, all members of KKG are now required to hold down a second job to make ends meet.

Finally, we've put Love Renée up for download on our music page.

We Are Still Around

Hello everyone - Happy New Year!

It's been a long time since anyone updated this website (it was even down for a while while we figured out domain names and stuff like that). But don't worry - we've been busy.

We played a bunch of shows before the year ended - including our CD release party for Based On A True Story, which was a blast. We were busy before that getting all the pieces together to actually make the CDs for the show.

We've been on holidays for the last little while. Milosz went to Upsala, Melissa went to New Zealand and I went to Orillia. But we're all back now and getting ready to write some new songs.

And lastly, this morning I put a whole bunch of our new records in the mail, destined for various campus and community radio stations around the country. So maybe in a couple weeks - if you feel so inclined - you could call up your favourite station and ask them to play one of our songs. Here's a couple shots of the mailing process:

Until next time!
